We use recycled precious metals of gold and silver where possible to create our pieces.

14k gold filled is 14k gold over a brass core. This 14k gold layer is much thicker than gold plating. It is waterproof. Handwashing and showering is completely acceptable. It is not recommended in salt water or chlorinated pools. Of course, the more you care for your gold filled piece the longer it will be free from scratches and wear. It may be cleaned with a soft cotton cloth. Ingredients in 14k gold filled are gold, copper and zinc.

Sterling silver is a soft alloy that is mixed with other metals to make it strong and usable for jewelry pieces. As with all sterling silver, tarnish may begin to appear after some time. This may be easily wiped and polished with a polish cloth made for sterling silver, to make it like new again. Ingredients in sterling silver are silver and copper.

Our jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made as they are ordered. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to make.

U.S. Shipping, we ship via USPS and Fedex. Free USPS first class mail with tracking information, takes approx. 3-5 days for delivery. Fedex 2-day shipping upgrade takes 2 business days. Fedex Overnight shipping upgrade takes 1 business day.

International Shipping, we ship via USPS first class mail. First class mail can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to arrive and may sometimes take longer due to customs delays. Please note, customs fees and duties will apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We would be happy to add insurance to any package for a small additional fee, please just let me know before check out.

Returns & Exchanges, for gold filled or sterling silver we do accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized jewelry that is not worn or used. We are not able to accept returns for custom orders or personalized jewelry. 

Resizing Gold Filled & Sterling Silver Rings, if your ring does not fit and needs to be resized, please just let us know and we would be happy to resize it for you at no charge. All we ask is that you cover the return shipping costs.
